12. RuPaul & Georges LeBar

RuPaul is an LBQT+ icon, supermodel, and a world-renowned drag queen. His international fame has been heavily credited to his reality competition show, RuPaul’s Drag Race. In the show, it is quite evident that RuPaul wears his heart on his sleeve. As such, it was quite a pleasant surprise, especially to the paparazzi, that he kept a long-term romantic relationship of over two decades private.

In 1994, the famous drag queen was out partying at the nightclub Limelight. There, he met his future husband, Georges LeBar, who was celebrating his birthday. It was love at first sight as they danced the night away. They married in 2017 on LeBar’s birthday to commemorate their fateful meeting. RuPaul states that his lover is truly a great man who has no interest in being a celebrity and enjoys quiet time at his peaceful ranch in Wyoming.
